We are looking for a senior developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Development Leadership:
1. Lead the customization and implementation of Odoo modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features and functionalities.
3. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers.
Integration:
1. Integrate Odoo with other systems, databases, and third-party applications.
2. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo solutions with existing processes.
Database Management:
1. Design, optimize, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
2. Perform complex data migration tasks and resolve database-related issues.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed features.
2. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address bugs and issues.
Documentation:
1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and configurations.
2. Develop user manuals and documentation for implemented Odoo solutions.
Technical Innovation:
1. Stay updated on Odoo updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
2. Identify and recommend opportunities for technical innovation and process improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a minimum years of relevant work experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework and Python programming language.
4. Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
5. Proficiency in web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
6. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
7. Effective communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Certification in Odoo development.
3. Experience with Odoo version 14 and later.
4. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
5. Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
