As an SEO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms. You will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting thorough keyword research, and analyzing website performance metrics. The goal is to enhance our search engine rankings, increase visibility, and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall business goals.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform SEO planning.
3. Provide strategic recommendations for content development and site structure improvements.
Technical SEO:
1. Perform website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance.
2. Collaborate with web development teams to implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations.
3. Monitor and optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
Content Optimization:
1. Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and other elements to improve search engine visibility.
2. Develop and implement content strategies to target relevant keywords and enhance overall website relevance.
Link Building:
1. Implement effective link-building strategies to increase the authority and trustworthiness of the website.
2. Identify and pursue opportunities for high-quality, relevant backlinks.
Analytics and Reporting:
1. Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to analyze performance metrics.
2. Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
1. Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
2. Recommend and implement adjustments to strategies based on industry updates.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.
2. Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an SEO Analyst with a minimum years of relevant work experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. SEO certification is a plus.
2. Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
4. Previous experience in e-commerce or other highly competitive industries.
