Attendance Management system Odoo 17 delivers an efficient way of tracking the attendance of staff and reviewing reports. Managing attendance is the need of the hour in any organization today. It is a function that simplifies itself for HR departments and offers a check-in/ check-out time recording system from Odoo 17's Attendance module. With Odoo 17, employees are paid accordingly based on their recorded working hours.
In Odoo 17, it is now possible for employees to check in directly from outside the application as seen in the following screenshot. The check-in time will be displayed on a card for easier access. Employees also can have all smooth logouts by using the Check-Out button. The newly introduced feature of Systray Check-In and Check-Out features in Odoo 17 simplifies these conveniences for employees.
This icon always remains on screen no matter where the employee is in the database. This indicates the employee's current status; it appears red when not checked in and turns green upon check-in. It also displays the login time and the duration of the check-in.
